Join In On The Theatrical Fun At TYC These School Holidays.

Book today for TYC’s electrifying, exhilarating and exciting WINTER DRAMA SCHOOL before it sells out! Program One: Marvel Madness, begins on Tuesday 28th June and runs through to Friday 1st July 2011 from 9am – 3pm while Program Two: Pirates of the Dark Curse, takes charge at 9am till 3pm on Tuesday 5th July through to Friday 8th July 2011.
Participants in Program One, Marvel Madness will experience the essentials of stage acting as they explore the weird, wild and wacky heroes, heroines and villains from DC and Marvel comic books and devise their own play through improvised and scripted scenes. Participants in Program One, Pirates of the Dark Curse will go on a whirlwind adventure these as they devise, rehearse and improvise their own adventure play based their favourite pirate films and stories such as Pirates of the Caribbean, Peter Pan and the Lost Boys, Hook, Treasure Island plus many more.
TYC Winter Drama School will see children and young people aged 7yrs and over participate in 4 full days of creative exploration where they will develop the essentials of stage performance through improvisation, role-play and characterization. Participants will also have the opportunity to explore set and costume design as well as incorporating multi-media performance elements such as sound, lighting and cinematography if so desired.

Participating in TYC action packed Winter Drama School program is lots of fun and sees participants make lots of new friends while also improve their acting techniques, self-confidence, communication and presentation skills, as well as their creativity.
The four-day program costs $195 and is open to children and young people aged 7yrs and over. At the end of the program participants will receive a certificate of achievement and perform for their parents and friends on the final
