The University of Melbourne

Environmental scholarships

As Melbourne School of Land and Environment (MSLE) undergraduates, your students could be eligible for one of our environmental scholarships from a range of generous donors.

Ongoing support through investment organisations is an example of our links with industry, with a number of agriculture students securing a $6,000 scholarship from Rural Finance in September 2011. In addition to our undergraduate scholarships we also offer annual prizes to high-achieving students.

Your students can take advantage of our undergraduate scholarships through the following programs:
·         Associate Degree in Environmental Horticulture
·         Bachelor of Agriculture
·         Bachelor of Science (majors in Agricultural Science, Food Science, Animal Science and Management, and Geography)
·         Bachelor of Environments (major in Environmental Geography, Politics and Cultures)
·         Bachelor of Arts (major in Geography)

Engineering scholarships

Future engineering students at the University of Melbourne have access to an impressive range of scholarships thanks to the support of donors and the Melbourne University Engineering Foundation.
Undergraduate students on an engineering pathway within their bachelors degree are eligible for the Melbourne School of Engineering’s generous Loxton and Tewkesbury scholarships. These scholarships, worth $22,000, are awarded to one male and one female undergraduate aspiring engineer on the basis of their academic performance and a personal statement.
Six $5,000 JH Mirams scholarships are also available to students studying specialised masters courses (excluding the Master of Engineering, Master of Spatial Information Science and Master of Information Technology).
