Melbourne University Scholarships

The Melbourne Scholarships Program is one of the most generous and comprehensive in Australia. Not only do we offer scholarships for outstanding academic achievement, we also provide access to students who might not otherwise have the chance to study here.
There are a number of equity scholarships available through the University’s scholarship program including:

MELBOURNE ACCESS SCHOLARSHIP
Benefits: A total allowance of $13 500 for the normal three-year duration of an undergraduate degree (excluding honours).

NATIONAL EQUITY SCHOLARSHIPS
Benefits: Tuition fee-exempt Commonwealth Supported Place, valued up to approximately $30 500.

INDIGENOUS SCHOLARSHIPS
Benefits: Annual allowance for up to four years of an undergraduate degree.

MILDURA ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIPS
Benefits: Up to $15 000 for the normal three-year duration of an undergraduate degree (excluding honours).

For these equity scholarships, students are reminded to submit a scholarship application through VTAC by Friday 18 October 2013 (5.00pm). This application is separate to the SEAS application which closed through VTAC on Tuesday 8 October 2013.

There are a range of other scholarships available at Melbourne which have different application requirements and closing dates. For more information, visit:
