Seijumi College has
sent schools an invitation for students in Years 10, 11 or 12 to join our
Certificate II in Tourism or Certificate II in Hospitality - Wednesday
afternoon program.
They have had a few
applications, however insufficient to run the course.T hey would like to offer
this program to the students who have applied, therefore they are now delaying
the start date until 26th August. This will allow time for other students to
apply in time for the new start date.
While the programs are focused around tourism or introductory hospitality skills, the students develop additional research, writing and computer skills which have proven to be very beneficial to their school work.
These programs are subsidised by the Queensland Government, subject to meeting the VETiS eligibility requirements, and as such they do not charge the students any contribution fees. All students are supplied with a folder, pencil case, notepad, polo shirt and name badge at no additional cost.
If you feel you would benefit from this program please see Jenny in the Senior School Guidance Office.
