The next Learner Licence Program is
scheduled for the second week of the school holidays from Tuesday 29
September to Thursday 1 October 2015. This program is open to all
Indigenous students 16 years of age and above who are currently at school
or who are post-year 12s. Students who have disengaged or are at risk of
disengaging are encouraged to attend also.
Students will need to complete the
following mandatory documents:
- Learner Licence Identification Checklist
- Driver Licence Application/Renewal form
- Queensland Residency Declaration (if unable to provide a bank statement, HCC or parents Pension card, TFN notification advice)
- Customer Identity Declaration (if student does not have a key card – but school has known the student for more than 12 months, school can complete the verification of identity section)
- Medical Certificate for Motor Vehicle Driver
