Applications
have been received for the 2019 Indigenous Australian Science and
Infrastructure Development (SID) School with the final closing date for all
applications being Friday, 10 May 2019.
Up to
30 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Queensland secondary school students
in years 10, 11 & 12 will be selected to attend the SID School
which will run from Monday, 1st to Friday, 5th July
2019. Students will participate in a range of on-campus activities
facilitated by QUT faculty staff and industry site visits. All costs will
be covered by the sponsorship received in support of the SID School.
