Tropical North Queensland TAFE is holding a holiday cookery program in the November/December/January school holidays. This 6-week program is a pathway into a cookery apprenticeship. It involves face-to-face theoretical training, simulated practical training in our onsite commercial kitchens, and vocational placement to gain real-life industry experience!
This course is ideal for current Yr 12 students who are selecting post-school training options, or for students who may be considering leaving school at the end of 2012.
Study Mode: Full time (Monday to Friday – 8am-4:30pm daily) – delivered over 6 weeks
When: 26 November – 21 December 2012 AND (break for Christmas holiday
period) 7 – 18 January
Where: S Block, Cairns Campus, TNQT
Cost: $1050.10 (full) $639.04 (concession)
